“The staging from Jacquie and her team was a game changer in selling my listing. They beautifully decorated the home. We had multiple offers in the first 5 days on the market (most over asking). They were professional, responsive and worked with my changing schedule. If you are putting your house on the market, the first thing you should do is call Jacquie. Thank you guys so much. I have been giving out your cards to everyone in my office and any other agents I know.”

Staged Homes Spend Half The Time On The Market Than Non-Staged
81% of buyers indicate that home staging makes it easier to visualize a house as their future home.
Everyone wants to sell their home in the least amount of time at the best possible price.
right? The simple truth is that homes that are super clean and have neutral, pleasing décor sell faster and for more money than homes that don’t. It doesn’t need to cost a lot of money. Just work your way through this checklist to be certain you are presenting your home in best possible light. Remember, staging is the final and most influential way to market your home!
Curb Appeal
Stand back at the street and take a good hard critical look at your property.
Touch up trim paint on fences, doors, window frames, fascia, etc.Throughly clean all windows and screens.
Make sure your lawn is manicured. Fill in bare spots in your lawn with grass seed and eliminate as many weeds as possible.
Run the edgar along the driveway and sidewalks for a clean line, and keep the driveway and walkways swept or hosed clean.
Garage
Have a garage sale to dispose of any unwanted items or rent a dumpster
Box and sagely store all valuables and family heirlooms.
Living areas
Professionally clean the entire home before staging.
Repair any cracks or holes in walls and paint touchups.
Avoid repainting the entire house unless the current wall colors are bold or offbeat
